Hmmm isn’t that what our current president campaigned on? And now that the community is becoming organized against him, we are an “angry mob”?! Are you kidding me? I love my country but I am growing more and more afraid of our government. I’m not talking about conspiracy theories, I’m just talking about the destructive direction we are taking as a nation.
What can we do? Pray, pray and then pray some more. Admittedly I find it hard to pray for certain people, but God is in control and He gives me the strength to pray for those I really don’t care for. And heres the ticket, our home is not of this world. We are temporarily here, and have an eternal destination waiting for us. It is important to keep that in mind considering what is going on in the world, politics and the church today.
So would you join me in praying for our country, our citizens and yes… our president too? God’s will will be done.
p.s. I am not against praying for the return of Jesus in addition to all of this!!!
